We are a very close team of stylists and barbers here at C Bay Salon. A lot of us have been working together or have known each other for many years which makes us one big family. Our close association has lead us to create a very homely, relaxed environment... not just to work in but for our wonderful clients. Gone are the days when salons felt stiff and uncomfortable, we want you to feel like you are going out to have a catch up with old friends. Our purpose isn't just about delivering great hair, it is about making sure we help you to have the support and confidence you need to go out there and have a fabulous time while looking absolutely beautiful!

Carly was born in Glasgow and trained in the Glasgow Hair Academy. After finishing her training, Carly immersed herself straight away in busy, high-pressure, city based salons to build her portfolio and experience before moving to Cornwall.

Justine is a senior stylist and beautician who has worked out of multiple salons around Cornwall for over 6 years. During her career she found her passion for hair extensions, technical colour services and treatments early one and continues to constantly improve her skills to provide the best possible service for her clients.

Jo was born in Glasgow and trained at the Glasgow School of Hairdressing before moving into a senior role in a popular Glasgow Salon. Along with several awards, Jo is a fellow of Hair Colour and brand ambassador for Kérastase.

Sam qualified in 1988. She completed her apprenticeship within a chain of 5 salons in Southend-on-Sea, Essex and within the National Hairdressing Federation. She trained in all aspects of hairdressing including cutting and styling, colouring, perming, wedding and occasion hair and hair extensions. She enjoyed entering competitions, including the L’Oréal Colour Trophy. In doing so, she received her City & Guilds qualification.

Ali started her career in hairdressing working at Simon and Michaels in Ashford, Kent, before making the move to Cornwall. Having completed a five-year apprenticeship covering every aspect of salon practice she now brings that experience, her personality and professionalism to the C Bay Salon.
